How do I find my driver at Montego Bay airport (MBJ)?

After you clear customs at Sangster International Airport, walk out to the arrivals hall. Your driver will be holding a "Gabrielle Tours" sign with your name on it. We also message you on WhatsApp before you land.

What if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight, so your pickup time moves with it. There is no extra charge for reasonable airline delays.

Can we make stops or customize the route?

Yes. Every ride is private, so you can stop for groceries, a jerk lunch, a fresh coconut, photos or sightseeing along the way. Just let your driver know.

No pre-payment is required. Pay your driver in cash (USD or JMD) at the end of your transfer or tour. PayPal is also accepted when arranged in advance.

Are child car seats available?

Yes, baby seats and boosters are available on request. Add how many you need in the "special requests" box when you book.

What does JUTA certified mean?

JUTA (the Jamaica Union of Travellers Association) is Jamaica's largest licensed tourist transport cooperative. Members are licensed by the Tourism Product Development Company, carry commercial insurance and drive inspected vehicles.

Are prices per person or per vehicle?

Transfer prices are per vehicle, one way, for up to 4 guests. Each guest beyond that adds a small surcharge shown in the fare calculator.
